摘要
在企业管理中,绩效管理的考评常常存在来自管理者、员工和其他方面的心理障碍,企业要在绩效管理中取得成效,必须克服障碍。笔者就工作中的一些经验和体会,浅谈克服这些心理障碍的方法。
In enterprise management, the achievement and efficiency assessment are frequently facing psychological blocks from the managers, employees and others. To achieve better results, an enterprise must clean away such blocks. The author presents here some ways to overcome blocks with the experience in work.
