摘要
业主在电力建设工程中要想达到预期的目标 ,即按合同的要求完成整个工程建设后 ,能够长期保证投产设备的正常运行 ,则在火电厂建设管理中应注意以下几个环节 :(1)项目的组织 ;(2 )施工过程中的质量管理 ;(3)调试过程的管理 ;(4)设备的监造 ;(5 )工程附属项目的管理 ;(6 )进口机组工程项目的管理。
Expecting to achieve the predicted purpose in power construction projects, i.e. guarantee the normal performance of equipment put into operation after completion of the whole project according to the requirements of the contract, the owner should pay attention on the following links in management of thermal power construction: (1) organization of a project; (2) quality control in construction process; (3) management during test and adjustment; (4) supervision for manufacture of equipment; (5) management of accessory items of a project; (6) management of imported unit project.
