钛白废酸废水治理及副产石膏应用探讨

介绍了目前国内外钛白废酸、废水的主要治理途径,提出了钛白废酸、废水二步中和、二步沉淀法生产红白石膏的综合治理方案。结合红白石膏的利用途径,分析了国内外石膏工业的发展状况、石膏及化学石膏在建筑行业的应用和发展前景,并对这种治理方案的成本进行了估算。该治理方案变单纯投入性治理为综合利用治理,降低了污染治理成本。

The paper int roduced the primary treatment ways of Titanium Dioxide waste acid and acid wast e water domestic and abroad.The two steps counteract and two steps precipitat e way of produc-ing the red and white gypsum have been brought forward for Tit anium Dioxide waste acid and acid waste water treatment.The developing status o f industry gypsum domestic and abroad have been an-alyzed.Then,the applicatio n prospect has been analyzed of gypsum and chemistry gypsum at build-ing trade ,and the cost of this treatment way has been estimated.This project makes the treatment of Titanium Dioxide waste acid and acid waste water from the pure in put way to integrate utilize,low-ers treatment cost.
