摘要
以2,4-二氯苯氧基乙酸(2,4-D)为模板分子,制备了2,4-D分子记印聚合物(2,4-DMIP)。采用流动电位法,研究了聚合物对于模板分子的结合性,选择性,稳定性。结果表明,2,4-D MIP对于模板分子具有高度的识别能力,并且性能稳定,可以反复使用四个月而性能不变,同时探讨了流动相中模板分子浓度与流动电位的关系,结果表明,有可能将分子记印技术与流动电位法相结合用于环境中微量2,4-D的监测。
2,4 - Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4 - D)molecularly imprinted polymer (2,4 - D MIP) was prepared by using 2,4 - D as template molecule. By means of streaming potentiometry, the associativity, selectivity, stability of 2, 4 - D MIP have been investigated. The results obtained showed that the 2, 4 - D MIP has good recognition ability for 2, 4 - D molecule and stable performances. After used for four months, the performances of imprinted polymer have no change. The relationship between the concentration of 2, 4 - D in mobile phase and streaming potential has been studied. It is possible that the microanalysis of 2, 4 - D in the environment by combining molecular imprint technique with streaming potentiometry.
