摘要
综述近几年来高效逆流色谱(HSCCC)的研究进展。总结了应用于HSCCC的两相溶剂体系。并重点列举了近几年来HSCCC应用于天然产物、蛋白质、抗生素等方面的实例。
Recent research progresses on high-speed countercurrent chromatogra phy(HSCCC)were reviewed.Two-phase solvent sy stems in HSCCC are summarized.In addition,a number of application examples of HSCCC in natural products,antibiotics and proteins were emphatically given.
