摘要
为了改善高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)薄膜雾度和透光率较差的问题,用2种类茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯M4707EP(m LLDPE-1)和HPR18H10AX(m LLDPE-2)改性HDPE制备了m LLDPE-1/HDPE和m LLDPE-2/HDPE复合薄膜。通过红外光谱仪,光电雾度仪,拉伸机和维卡软化点测试仪等对薄膜进行结构特征、力学性能、光学性能、耐热性能分析,结果表明,红外曲线在1 458 cm-1附近出现了—CH2—峰的飘移,m LLDPE-1比m LLDPE-2与HDPE有更多的交联点,m LLDPE-1与HDPE的相容性比m LLDPE-2与HDPE的相容性更好。m LLDPE改性HDPE提高了复合膜的维卡软化点,m LLDPE-1的改性效果较好,软化点提高了9. 2℃,复合薄膜的断裂伸长率提高了55. 7%,落镖冲击的破损质量从85 g增加到100 g,并且透明度升高了10%,雾度下降了1. 6%。
In order to improve poor haze and light transmittance of high-density polyethylene( HDPE) membrane,two kinds of metallocene linear low density polyethylene M4707 EP(m LLDPE-1) and HPR18 H10 AX(m LLDPE-2) modified HDPE were used to prepare m LLDPE-1/HDPE and m LLDPE-2/HDPE composite membrans. The structural characteristics,mechanical properties,optical properties and heat resistance of the film were studied by infrared spectrometer,photoelectric haze meter,drawing machine and vicat softening point analysis. The results showed that the drifting peak of the —CH2— appeared near 1458 cm-1 in the infrared curves,the cross-linking points between m LLDPE-1 and HDPE were more than those between m LLDPE-2 and HDPE,and the compatibility was the better. The softening point of composite membrane was improved by m LLDPE modified HDPE,in which the effect of m LLDPE-1 modified HDPE was the better,and the softening point increased by 9. 2 ℃,the elongation at break of composite membrane was enhanced by 55. 7%,the damage weight of the falling-dart impact increased from 85 g to 100 g,the transparency of composite membrane increased by 10%,at the same time,the haze decreased by 1. 6%.
