Features of Theory and Practice of Army Building and Construction in the Qin and Han Dynasties

秦汉时期开创了我国历史上空前大一统的新纪元。秦汉时期的治军思想充分体现了新兴阶级军事思想家在军队建设和管理上积极进取的风貌,对后世治军理论的深化与发展具有极其深远的影响。其中某些合理的内核,如兵学主题由"取天下"到"安天下"走向高度集权的转型,军事训练系统的形成与加强,"兵法合流"治军理论与实践特色等,至今仍具有认真借鉴的价值。

The Qin and Han Dynasties saw a new era of unification in the history of China. The thoughts in that period fully displayed what the military thinker from new class innovated and developed the army construction and management, and had great influence on further development of later theory of army leading. Some reasonable cores, such as the change of theme of military art and science from 'getting the state' to 'making the state peaceful' then to highly autocratic system, formation and improvement of military training system, features of theory and practice in army construction in terms of 'army and law combination', are still worth carefully learning.
