摘要
《孙子兵法》《道德经》中的"道",在内容与规范上有差异,但在实践应用上却殊途同归。都基于《易经》的阴阳思维,既对立又包容,终归是太极合二为一的局面,强调"道胜价值""道"在企业管理的实践上,可以是有形的、无形的,或是外显的知识系统、内隐的知识潜能,构成企业文化、经营理念的基础与蕴涵。我们可从两部智慧经典里,学到丰富的文化软实力知识,对企业构建企业文化体系时提供一处清澈如许的源头活水。
In terms of both the contents and the standards, the 'Tao' mentioned in The Art of War and the 'Tao' in Tao Te Ching are different. However, in the practice application, they have the same function. They both are based on the thought of yin and yang initiated by The Book of Changes, which are both opposite and tolerant. It emphasizes the 'value of overwhelming Tao.' In terms of its practice in enterprise management, 'Tao' can be both tangible and intangible. It can be the tangible knowledge system and the intangible knowledge potentials, which can make up the foundation and contents of enterprise culture and business idea. From the two classical books, we can learn rich culture and soft knowledge, which can provide references for the construction of enterprise culture system.
