《鬼谷子》以其精深的思想、宏富的内容和完整的体系而被誉为天下奇书。尽管毁誉皆有,但其中所蕴含的合理成分却是不争的事实,足资后人借鉴。军事思想虽然并非《鬼谷子》着力探讨者,但却是其不可或缺的部分。本文着重探讨其中的"事贵制人""正不如奇""以实取虚"军事思想。

With its profound thinking, rich contents and complete system, Kuei Ku-tzu is honored as a remarkable book. Despite there are both positive and negative comments on this book, no body can deny that it contains many reasonable elements worthy of being learned by the latter generations. Military thinking is not the main contents that Kuei Ku-tzu aims to explore. However, it makes up an indispensable part of this book, which this paper aims to review.
