企业战略决策是有关企业的发展方向、规模、重大项目和重要人才使用的决定,它关系着企业的兴衰存亡。只有掌握正确的方法,才有可能进行正确的战略决策,孙子认为战略决策决定胜败。资本如兵,资本如水,故兵无常势,水无常形,资本有盈亏,能因市场变化者谓之神。先胜而后求战,先进行正确的战略决策而后才能赚钱,企业的战略决策须从长计议,人无远虑必有近忧,企业无远虑,必将破产。

The corporate strategic decision-making is about the decisions concerning the corporate development orientation, scale, important projects and the utilization of important talents, which is related to the rise and fall of an enterprise. Only grasping the correct methods can an enterprise make correct decision-making. Sun Zi is of the opinion that the strategic decision-making determines the victories and failures. Capital is like army and water. Army has not constant situation and water has no constant shape. So capital produces both profit and loss. Those who can adapt to the market changes are like god. Only making correct strategic decision-making beforehand can one make profits. So a long-term plan must be made for the corporate decision-making. Those who do not plan for the future will find trouble at his doorstep. If an enterprise does no plan for the future, it consequently will go bankrupt.
