Promising Prospect in Carrying forward the Military Culture

对兵学文化的学习研究、实践运用、发展创新一直是社会创新进步的标志、人类文明的象征。兵学文化历史悠久根基深厚、内涵丰富博大精深、利益至上制胜为要、继往开来形式多样。要贯彻习近平同志系列讲话精神,做好四件事:一要把本地区的兵学文化资源很好地挖掘整理出来。二要运用好文艺的力量和互联网的手段,扩大齐鲁兵学文化的渗透力、影响力。三要把传播和运用结合好,宣传典型总结提高。四要把兵学文化的内核和宗旨挖掘出来,用兵学文化精神弘扬兵学文化。

The learning research,practical application and development innovation of military science have always been the mark symbolizing the social innovation and progress as well as the human civilization.The military culture has a time-honored history with rich,erudite and profound contents as well as diversified styles.To implement the essence of President Xi Jinping' s series of speeches,four issues should be done well.First,the local military cultural resources should be exploited and sorted out.Second,the power of literature and art as well as the means of the Internet should be applied to boost the penetration influence of the Qilu military culture.Third,the dissemination and application should be well combined to publicize the typical examples and promote the military culture by summarization.Fourth,the core and goal of the military culture should be exploited to carry forward the military culture with its spirit.
