摘要
《韩非子》一书中有着丰富的管理思想,用人思想是其中重要的一个方面。韩非阐述了人才的重要性,主张选拔人才要有合理的标准和途径。韩非子选拔人才的思想,归纳起来有三条值得注意,即:慎察德行,任用"实用性"人才,一人不兼二官、一官不设二人。
Han Feizi contains rich management thinking. The human resource utilization thinking is one aspect of the book. In this book, Han Feizi expounded the importance of talents and proposed that the selection of talents should shave reasonable standards and ways. Han Feizi's thinking concerning the selection of talents can be summarized into three pieces: carefully observing the virtues, selecting the talents with practicability, one post for one post, and one person for one post.
