壬辰战争是一次牵涉中日朝三国的重要国际战争。但有关壬辰战争初期的某些细节性史实,后人记述不一,或模糊不清。具体而言,日军抵达朝鲜的时间;朝鲜政府正式发出求援的时间;明朝先锋援军入朝时间与数量;第一次平壤之战明军损失情况等,相关记述都出现了分歧。理清这些基本的史实,有助于我们在事实的基础上更加客观公正地评析这场战争。

The Korean War of Resistance against Japan in 1592 was an important international war involving China, Japan and Korea. However, as far as some detailed historical facts in the early period of the war, the records made by the later people were either different or inexplicit. Concretely speaking, the time when the Japanese army arrived in Korea; the time when the Korean government asked for help; the time when the vanguard relief troop of the Ming Dynasty arrived in Korean and the amount of the troop; and the loss of the troop of the Ming Dynast in the first Pyongyang war. The related records differ from each other. Sorting out these basic historical facts contribute to us to review this war objectively on the foundation of facts.
