就CO2压缩机冬季开车过程中多次出现跳车的原因进行了分析,通过数据说明引起CO2压缩机跳车的主要原因是冬季气温较低,CO2经节流降温后,饱和水蒸汽结冰,引起堵塞,使CO2难以进入压缩机,造成联锁跳车,并提出了防范措施。

CO 2 compressor shutdown causes when sta rted up in the winter are analyzed in t he paper.Data shows that the main rea son for the shutdown is the low temperature i n the winter.After CO 2 is throttled and cooled down by four-to-one valve and the temperature is reduced to below 0℃,causing the saturated steam in the CO 2 to freeze and blocking foam-cleanin g apparatus of the 1st stage inlet separator and it is difficult for CO 2 to enter the compressor,which bring about low pressure on CO 2 inlet and shutdown of the compressor.If some measures are taken in the run,the problem of low pressure and sequential shutdown can be solved completely during the winter run.
