党和苏维埃政府大力提倡科学精神,高度重视科技在军事、生产和群众生活中的运用。苏区军事科技成绩斐然,农业科技有声有色,工业科技扎实开展,医疗卫生科技卓有成效,科学普及波澜壮阔,科技人才受到优待。科技工作为服务战争、发展经济、惠及民生、破除迷信、移风易俗作出了重要贡献,是中外科技史上的奇迹。建设苏区科技史料陈列馆要高起点设计,高标准陈展,高水平管理。

The Party and the Soviet Government advocated greatly the scientific spirit, and attached great importance to applying science and technology to military affairs, production activities and people' lives. Thus, in the Soviet areas,people have made a great achievement inmilitary science and technology, done a pretty good job in agricultural science and technology, laid a solid foundation for development in industrial science and technology, as well as been very fruitful in medical and health science and technology. The popularization of science and technologythen was expanded vigorously, and qualified scientists and technicians were given preferential treatment. At that time, scientific and technological workcontributed significantly to serving the war, developingnational economy,benefiting people's livelihood, abolishing superstition, and breaking with old customs. It has created a miracle in the history of science and technology at home and abroad.It is advised that the exhibition hall of scientific and technological historical data in the Soviet areas should be designed at a high starting point, exhibited with a high standard,and managed with a high level.
