整体推进激活和传承红色基因工作的思考

整体推进激活和传承红色基因工作具有重大现实意义。当前在实际工作中,存在着发展不平衡、机制不完善等问题,应进一步在着力提升工作的推进力、融合力、渗透力、向心力和战斗力等方面努力,以取得形成合力、整体推进的理想效果。

This paper expounds the important practical significance of promoting the activation and inheritance of the red culture gene from three aspects: Strengthen the Party's building for the purpose of further enhancing the Party member cadres' fighting,immunity as well as innovation; reinforce the recognition towards education in order to further enhance the broad masses of the people's recognition,acceptance,agreement towards Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,intensify ideal and faith education so as to further firm faith,confidence and trust among the vast young. This thesis analyzes the main problems and shortcomings in the present work,including inconsistent attention paid by upper and lower class,unbalanced community participation,recognition,acceptance,agreement; unsynchronized push degree in different areas,imperfect all kinds of system and mechanism,insufficient efforts to achievement transformation and not enough new methods of carrier. Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in the following five aspects: strengthen leadership,plan as a whole,enhance driving force,aggregate resources,perform their respective duties,enhance propulsion,stress the key points,strengthen grass- roots,enhance penetration,innovate approach,build a platform,and enhance centripetal force,based on network,control position,enhance fighting force '.
