On the Talks by the CPC Leadership in Sichuan &Shaanxi Soviet Area about the Relations between the Party and the Masses in Sichuan &Shaanxi Soviet Area

对于川陕苏区党群关系正常方面与存在的问题,中共川陕苏区领导和红四方面军有不少解读。总体而言,川陕苏区党群关系是正常的,不然川陕苏区不可能创建、扩大,红四方面军不可能在两年多时间内由进入川陕地区时的一万五六千人发展到十多万人,苏维埃运动不可能发展;国民党反动政府和军队也不会处心积虑地大举围剿。具体而言,川陕苏区党群关系,不可否认,也存在一些与战争形势发展、苏维埃运动发展以及党的宗旨不相适应或不相符合的问题。

Regarding to the normality of the relations between the Party and the masses in Sichuan&Shaanxi Soviet Area and some existing problems,the CPC leadership in Sichuan &Shaanxi Soviet Area and the Fourth Red Army have quite a lot decipherments. In general,the relations between the Party and the masses in Sichuan &Shaanxi Soviet Area are in normal status,given that the Sichuan&Shaanxi Soviet Area keeps extending rapidly,the Fourth Red Arm is increased substantially from15 thousand people to over 100 thousand within two years,the Soviet movement continues to develop and the reactionary Kuomintang government premeditate encircling and annihilation in large scale.Concretely,it has to be admitted that some aspects that incompatible with the development of war situation,Soviet Movement and the Party's tenet are existing in the relations between the Party and the masses in Sichuan &Shaanxi Soviet Area.
