基层理论宣讲工作的生动实践——泰和“民嘴讲堂”的调查与思考

The Lively Practice of theoretical propaganda to the Grassroots——Investigation and Reflection on “The Masses' Lectures” Launched by Taihe County

泰和是原中央苏区县。近年来,泰和县紧紧围绕省委省政府中心工作开展理论宣讲,探索出了"民嘴讲堂"这一贴近实际、贴近群众、贴近生活的基层理论宣讲新路径。"民嘴讲堂"通过宣讲人员平民化、宣讲内容菜单化、宣讲地点亲民化、宣讲手段多样化等工作创举,有效解决了基层理论宣讲"谁来讲""讲什么""在哪讲""怎么讲"等难题,给全省基层理论宣讲提供了一种有益借鉴。推广普及"民嘴讲堂"的成功做法、着力加强全省基层理论宣讲工作,具有重要的现实意义,既是继承发扬党的优良传统,有效推进原苏区、老区地区文化振兴发展的迫切需要,又是贯彻落实省委决策部署的迫切需要,也是维护社会和谐稳定的迫切需要。推广普及"民嘴讲堂"成功做法,重点要把握好四个方面,即因地制宜是根本遵循,党委重视是关键因素,运行机制是重要保障,创新形式是活力源泉。

Taihe county was one of the once Central Soviet Counties. In recent years,Taihe county launched a serial of theoretical propagandas closely as per the central work of the county committee and county government. A new propagandistic channel called ' The Masses' Lectures' was created through unremitting explorations,which is close to practicality,the grassroots and daily life. By means of setting up popularization lectures,classifying the content,designing lecturing venue of easy access,diversifying the propagandistic methods, ' The Masses' Lectures' effectively solved the issues of ' who to talk,what to deliver,Where to take,and how to transfer',providing a beneficial reference to the propaganda mission for the whole province. Promoting and popularizing the successful practice of ' The Masses' Lectures' and strengthening the theoretical propaganda work to the Grassroots have great realistic significance. It inherited and carried forward the fine traditions,effectively boosted the cultural development of the original soviet regions and old revolutionary base areas,fully implemented the decision and deployment of Provincial Party committee,and also became an active demand for maintaining social stableness and harmoniousness. To popularizing the successful practices of ' the Masses' Lecture',four key aspects have to be carefully grasped,which includes being able to take actions that suit local circumstances,obtaining great attention from the Party committee,a guaranteed operating mechanism,and innovative forms.
