Investigation on the Protection and usage of red revolutionary slogan in Ji'an

吉安是革命摇篮、红色故土、红军之源,红色文化璀璨,革命遗迹众多,更有为数众多的红军标语散布在全市各地。但由于自然损毁和人为破坏的原因,吉安红军标语保护不容乐观,主要体现在保护意识淡薄;建设与保护相冲突;专职人员不足;专业知识匮乏;多头管理,职责不清等。为此,要从技术和机制两个层面上做文章,多部门齐抓共管,红色标语才能得到保护与利用.

Ji'an is the cradle of revolution,the birthplace of red army,with numerous revolutionary remains. There are multiple red revolutionary slogans scattered in all over the city. As natural deterioration and deliberate destroy by people,the protection of red army slogans in Ji'an turned out not be optimistic. It is mainly caused by the lack of protective sense,professional stuff and knowledge,as well as the conflicts of construction and protection,absence of clearly defined duties and responsibilities. Therefore,in order to ensure the protection and usage of red revolutionary slogans,we have to work on the technological and institutional level and jointly supervised and managed by various departments.
