相异与归同:中央苏区优待红军家属工作源流考析

Diversity and Unity: Investigation and Analysis on the Origin and Evolution of the Red Army Families' Preferential Treatment in the Central Soviet Area

优待红军是中共武装建设的一个重要组成部分,因为士兵及其家属之间的特殊联系,红军家属的优待与优待红军士兵天然地相关。由井冈山根据地时期的自发性拥护红军的行为开始,经历赣西南和闽西苏区的发展,虽在两地不同的军队与政权建设条件下存在着原生的差异,但革命形势的变化使两地的认识与目标趋于一致,对红军家属的优待逐步确立为扩大红军、增强军队战斗意志和解决士兵后顾之忧的主要方式。最终,赣南闽西的优待家属原则与方式在应用于中央苏区的优待红军家属条例中得到继承与发展。

For the Communist Party of China,preferential treatment of the Red Army is an important part of the construction of the armed forces. Because of the special links between the soldiers and their families,the Red Army families 'preferential treatment and the Red Army soldiers 'preferential treatment are naturally related. From the spontaneous support of the Red Army in the period of Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base to the development of the families ' preferential treatment work in the southwest Jiangxi and western Fujian Soviet Area,the primary differences in two regions under different military and political conditions gradually become a unified goal under the new revolution situation. The preferential treatment work also became a major method to enlarge the Red Army,and strengthened the will to fight and solve solders' worries. Eventually,these preferential treatment principles and methods applied in the Central Soviet Area.
