A Review on the Two Minzhou Conferences of Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee

红军长征途中,中共中央西北局率领红二、红四方面军进入甘肃后,在岷州三十里铺连续举行两次会议,传达贯彻中共中央建立抗日民族统一战线的方针,推动了抗日民族统一战线工作的开展;贯彻执行中共中央战略方针,否定张国焘的错误主张,为三大主力红军胜利会师奠定了基础;推进根据地建设,扩大了党和红军的影响;坚持党的民主集中制原则,维护了党和红军的团结统一。对西北局两次岷州会议的历史功绩,应该实事求是地予以客观评价。

During the Red Army's Long March,Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee has held two conferences continuously in Thirty Mile Village in Minzhou after leading the second and fourth Front Army into Gansu. It carried out the policy of the CPC Central Committee to establish the Anti- Japanese National United front,and promoted the development of the Anti- Japanese National United Front work. It carried out the strategic policy of the CPC Central Committee,and refuted Zhang Guotao's wrong ideas,laying the foundation for joining the three main forces of the Red Army triumphantly. It pushed forward the construction of the base to expand the influence of the Party and the Red Army. It adhered to the principle of the Party's democratic centralism and maintained the unity of the Party and the Red Army. We should base on a practical and realistic attitude to evaluate objectively those historic feats of the two Minzhou Conferences of Northwest Bureau.
