The Realistic Foundation and Strategic Choice for a New Round of Opening-up and Cooperation in Gannan Soviet Area

推进新一轮开放合作是加快赣南苏区振兴发展的重要选择和必然要求。近年来,随着全面振兴发展战略的深入实施,赣南苏区开放合作在区位、政策、平台、文化方面形成一定的优势,但同时也面临城市发展能级、基础设施瓶颈、行政区划分割、对外贸易结构等方面的制约。因此,推进赣南苏区新一轮开放合作,不能仅仅依靠自身力量单打独斗,要善于借助外力,主动融入国内外新一轮开放大局,推动"引资、引技、引智"有机结合,积极开拓国际市场,不断提升参与国际分工与区域合作的能力。

Promoting a new round of opening- up and cooperation is an important choice and inevitable requirement to accelerate the revitalization development of Gannan Soviet Area. In recent years,with the further implementation of overall revitalization development strategy,the opening- up and cooperation in Gannan Soviet Area have certain advantages in terms of location,policy,platform and culture. But they are also faced with the restrictions of urban development grade,infrastructure bottleneck,administrative division,foreign trade structure. Therefore,the new round of opening- up and cooperation in Gannan Soviet Area could not depend on their strengths alone,but should make good use of external forces,take initiative to integrate into the overall opening- up situation at home and abroad,promote the combination of investment,technology and talents,actively develop the international market,constantly improve the ability to participate in international division of labor and regional cooperation.
