摘要
从教育心理学的角度,探讨教师素质,剖析传统教育学关于教师素质的界定,提出并论述当代教师素质构成的五个因素:职业理想、知识水平、教育观念、教学监督能力以及教学行为。
It is to discuss teachers qualities and analyze the definition of teachers qnalities in traditional pedagogics from the point of educational psychology. Five elements of contemporary tenchers quality are put forward and discussed: professional idea, level of knowledge, educational concept, supervising ability in teaching and teaching behavior.
