“内引论”与“外灌论”之辩

The Debateson Whether the Construction of Morality is the Intrinsic Requirement of Market Economy or Not?

在市场经济与道德建设的关系问题上。“内引论”认为市场经济中的道德要求是内在的,市场经济实质上就是一种道德经济;“外灌论”则认为市场经济本身的缺陷正是道德失范的体现,在市场经济条件下必须加强道德建设,才能纠正市场经济条件下道德出现的偏差。从道德建设对市场经济的影响来看,我们认为“内引”与“外灌”的辩证统一才是合理的出路。

On the debating on the relationship between the market economy and the construction of morality, the 'theory of intrinsic-leading' believed that the construction of morality is the intrinsic requirement of the market economy; in some extent market economy can be considered as a moral economy. But the 'theory of out-irrigation' argued that the deficiency of market economy just showed the loss of control of social morality. If we want to avoid and revise the deviation of morality that occurred in the market economy, it is necessary for us to emphasizes and faster the construction of morality. Consideration the impact of the morality construction on the development of market economy, we maintained that the reasonable and appropriate way to resolve these problems is the dialectically combination of these two theories.
