Governmental Functions after Entering WTO

我国作为WTO正式成员,要接受并遵循其规则,这对我国地方政府带来了严峻挑战。本文通过对地方政府适应情况的分析,探讨地方政府职能转变的方向和主要任务,以及提高地方政府适应能力和行政效率的途径。

As a formal member of WTO, our country should accept and obey the rules, which bring in severe challenge for the local governments. Through the analysis on the local governments' adoption, this paper discusses the direction and task of their functions' transformation and the way of raising their a-doption ability and effeciency.
