摘要
针对目前国内法律文件翻译存在的一些问题 ,本文第一次较全面地归纳并论述另外法律文件翻译的五大原则。它们是 :1.使用庄严词语的原则 ;2 .准确性原则 ;3.精练性原则 ;4.术语一致性原则 ;5 .使用专业术语的原则。同时作者指出法律文件翻译不同于文学翻译 ,同一事物可以用不同的词语表达。这些原则对规范法律文件翻译有一定意义 ,同时可供从事法律文件翻译的专业人员参考。
In view of the existing problems arisen from the translation of legal documents in China today?The writer has a thorough conclusion and analysis of five principles in translating legal documents?They are :1. The principle of using formal words and expressions; 2. The principle of preciseness; 3. The principle of conciseness; 4. The principle of tern consistency; 5. The principle of using legal terms. The author further reiterates the discrepancies of translation between the legal documents and the literature. These principles are of some significance in standardizing the translation of legal documents and can be used as reference for the field of legal documents interpreters.
