近年来我国村民委员会选举中存在着非法行政干预、村民民主素质不高、选举走形式、对“村官”缺乏监督、选举过程中的一些违法行为难以处理、选举的竞争性不强和选举保障制度欠缺等问题。应从转变观念,依法履行“乡政”职责;提高村民文化素质和政治素质;大力发展村级集体经济及选举制度的创新等方面着手,逐步予以解决。

Problems in villigers commettee election of our country are pointed out:illegal interruption from administration,villagers poor democratic quality;superficiality in election;lack of supervision for the village officials;indifferent sense in election;shortage of electing ensurance system,countermeasures are given as well:a shift in election idea;carrying out' town administration' responsibility legally; advancing the villagers quality in politics and calture;perfecting the election system.
