摘要
排球课的准备活动对顺利完成课的目标有不可低估的作用。本文将准备活动按其活动形式分成徒手、带球、游戏、综合四大类型进行单组实验,结合问卷调查,对不同类型准备活动中学生的心理状态进行分析比较,认为排球课的准备活动,以有球的组织活动形式最好。
The warm -up activities in wolleyball class cannot be under estimated to the success accomplishment of the teaching objectives.ln this paper,the warm-up activities are devided into four categories of bare-hand practice,ball-bouncing practice,ball-games and integrated-practice. And also an analysis and comparison of the students' psychological state in the various categories of warm-up activities are made according to the questionaire.lt is believed that the organized activity with balls is the best of the wolleyball warm-up activities.
