摘要
旅游业具有脆弱性的特点,易受各种事件的影响和打击,从而造成旅游业的危机,影响旅游业的正常发展。因而,对旅游业的危机进行管理具有重要意义。视危机的性质、影响的规模和范围的不同,危机管理的主体包括各级政府、旅游主管部门、行业组织和旅游企业等。做好危机管理,要求危机管理的不同主体在危机的不同阶段,发挥不同的作用,采取有效措施,力争使旅游业的损失减少到最低程度。
One of the features of tourism is its vulnerability to any harmful event which may lead to serious crisis in tourism. So, it is of great importance to conduct crisis management. Tourism Crisis Management concerns different administrative bodies, including the government at all levels, industrial associations and organizations, national and local tourism administrations as well as tourism enterprises, each can play a different role at different phases of the crisis to minimize the potential losses to be suffered.
