摘要
针对当前水泥稳定集料路面基层存在的主要问题,介绍对水泥稳定集料基层施工、质量控制及配合比设计的新方法,采用WS高效缓凝剂解决混合料延缓初凝时间问题,通过室内大量的混合料延迟时间强度、密度变化试验,并根据拌和站的拌和能力确定施工初始碾压段的长度,在碾压满足规范要求后使用乳化沥青石屑下封层达到较好的效果。
In light of the major problems existed in currentroad base with concrete stabilized aggregate, this paper briefs new approaches for the construction, quality control and mix design of concrete stabilized aggregate base. With the adoption of WS highly effective retarding agent, the problem of delaying the initial setting time of mixtures has been solved. It also introduces a number of indoors experiments for mixtures in delaying time intensity and changing density as well as deciding the length of initial rolling according to the mixing capacity of specific mixing station. All of these have proved that good effect can be achieved by using sealing course with emulsified asphalt and stone chips when the rolling meets standard.
