通过分析现阶段航道行政管理工作中存在的问题,阐述了航道行政管理应加强法制建设、深化体制改革、加大现场监督力度、强化行政执法责任制的对策,提出了强化航道行政管理工作,保障航道畅通,改善通航条件等相关的对策,为社会提供具有良好的航道通航条件及发展经济和社会的服务。

Through analyzing the problems currently existed in channel administration, this paper illustrates solutions of strengthening legal system construction, deepening structural reform, enhancing the strengths of site supervision and intensifying administrative law enforcement responsibilities. It also presents corresponding solutions of strengthening channel administration, ensuring normal channel transportation, improving channel conditions, etc., with an aim to provide the society favorable channel conditions and services conducive to economic and social development.
