广西公路网每年承担着数十个拟建、在建公路项目的管理工作。针对目前管理工作中的数据、资料资源,存在费时费力、信息滞后、相互交流不畅的诸多不足,提出了利用计算机网络技术,建立数据库,实行各管理部门的数据、资料资源共享,实现信息自动化,并阐述了自动化信息系统应具备的基本功能及其优越性,为减轻各管理部门和人员的工作压力,提高工作效率,给各级领导和各环节管理部门提供最便捷、最全面、最科学的决策依据,提高公路网建设现代化管理水平。

Guangxi Highway Network shoulders the administration tasks of tens of planned and ongoing highway construction projects each year In light of the weakness in current administration of data and information resources such as timeconsuming, information laggingbehind and poor communication, this paper presents the idea of launching data base by computer network technology and realizing information automation with shared data and information resources of all administrative departments It also illustrates the basic functions as well as the advantages of automation information system The aim is to lessen staff's working pressure, improve working efficiency, provide leaders at all levels and administrative departments the most convenient, comprehensive and scientific references for decision making and enhance the modernized administrative levels of highway network construction
