关于汶川、理县、茂县小学生心理、行为现状的初步探析

摘要 通过对阿坝藏羌自治州汶、理、茂三县987名小学生(1—6年级)的自拟心理健康现状问卷调查及425名家长相应调查问卷结果显示,该地区小学生的学习心理、人际交往心理、情绪情感等主流较好,但少数学生仍存在着不同程度的学习压力导致的焦虑心理,人际关系中不良适应导致的失范行为,影响小学生心理健康的主要因素来自于家长因素、学校教育因素、社区环境等。而广泛在小学开展心理健康教育,是引导儿童健康成长,克服家庭、学校生活中存在的问题,提高学校教育质量的重要途径。 Through the questionaire on mental health among 937 primary school students and 425 parents in Wenchuan. Lixian and Maoxian, It os found that primary school students in this region mostly have relatively good learning psychology, interpersonal relation psychology, mood and emotion. But the outcome of the questionaire also shous that some students have the problem of anxiety reaction and miscorduct. Parents, school education and social surroundirgs are the main factors that influence the mental health of primary school students. The extensive development of mental health education in primary schools is believed to be an important means to guide children to growing up healthy and sound, to overcome problems in families and schools, and to improve education quality.
