摘要
我国企业目前普遍存在着信用危机。以诚信为基石、以对话为形式的企业文化建设具有五种效果,即发现问题、理顺情绪、调动潜能、营造氛围、树立形象;遵循四项原则,即以人为本原则、义利统一原则、程序决策原则和理性竞争原则。应发掘我国传统的诚信资源,进行对话式现代性转化,迎接入世的挑战和机遇。
There are widespread crises of credit in the enterprises in our country. Now we should build the enterprise culture founded above honest and credit. We can use the though of honest and credit in tradition and transform them to welcome the challenge of joining WTO.
