教育教学质量是成人高等学历教育能否健康发展的关键因素。当前成人高等学历教育出现了较为严重的信誉危机,应通过改革、完善目前成人高等学历教育招生考试和课程考试的制度和方式来拉动其他环节的健康发展,以严格的考风引导形成良好的教风、学风,从而提高教学质量,克服信誉危机,充分显示成人高等学历教育在终身学习时代的存在价值。

Teaching quality is the key to develop the adult higher diploma education. As for the credit crisis in the adult higher diploma eduction, this paper puts forward to reform the test and complete the system and approach of the enrollment and course examination in order to develop the other factors properly, improve the teaching quality and overcome the crisis so that it' s accepted that the adult higher diploma education is valuable and important in lifelong study age.
