摘要
疫苗、抗体等多种生物制品的生产依赖动物细胞的规模化培养,而微载体细胞培养技术是一种新兴的贴壁依赖型细胞大规模培养技术。本文简要介绍了细胞发展史,并就微载体系统规模化细胞培养,从微载体和生物反应器的选择、细胞培养方式特别是灌流培养的介绍、细胞代谢与反应器中的生存环境的探讨,以及微载体发展前景的展望等方面进行了论述和讨论。
Many bio-products' manufactures such as vaccines and antibodies rely on scale-up culture of animal cells,and cell culturing on microcarrier is a newly rising technique.Here we gave the history of cell culture,introduced the technique of cell culture on microcarrier.We discussed the selection of microcarrier and bioreactor,the popular culturing technique especially the perfusion culture,the cell's metabolism in bioreactor and the respect of cell culturing on microcarrier.
