Reseach on SP Cells

在干细胞研究过程中,SP细胞的研究越来越受到重视,现已在多种生物的多种组织中检测到SP细胞的存在,并且发现它们在表面分子标志以及功能方面与相应的组织干细胞具有相似性。特别是在肿瘤干细胞的研究上,越来越多的研究发现其具有肿瘤干细胞特性,从肿瘤细胞中进行分离、培养,可用于研究肿瘤干细胞的特性。但对SP细胞的很多方面仍需要进一步研究。

In stem cell research,more and more attentions were paid on the SP cells,now SP cells were detected in a variety of biological tissues,and they were similar with the stem cells of the same tissue in function and molecular markers on the surface.Especially in research of tumor stem cells,recently it was found that SP cells had the characteristics of tumor stem cells.They were isolated from tumor cells,and cultured,which can be used to study some characteristics of tumor stem cells.But more reseachs need be done for SP cells.
