摘要
本文对原生质体的分离、培养、融合及植株再生方面进行了简要的论述.并根据对有关文献的分析,讨论了原生质体研究中存在的问题及今后的发展趋势,指出植物原生质体的游离、培养和融合技术在近20多年来得到了迅速的发展。
Plant protoplast separate,culure,fusion and regeneration were summarized in the paper.According to literature analysis,the question and tendency of the protoplast studing were discussed,reflecting the rapid development with liberation,culture and fusion of plant protoplast in the past 20 years.
