伴后内髁骨折的胫骨平台双髁骨折治疗新进展 被引量:7

摘要 胫骨平台后内髁骨折为高能量损伤所致,既可单独发生,也可发生于平台双侧髁骨折中[1,2]。如诊治不当,会导致股骨髁向后半脱位,造成膝关节不稳、疼痛、及退行性变,致膝关节功能障碍[3]。近年来国内外创伤骨科医生对胫骨平台后内髁骨折进行了大量研究,在其形态特点、伴发软组织损伤、治疗方式等方面取得了一定进展。本文综合了近10年相关文献,现从以下四个方面加以综述。
