骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折治疗方式的大宗病例回顾分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的回顾分析两种骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折的治疗方法,推荐理想的治疗方式。方法 1748例骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者,根据不同的治疗方式,分为保守治疗组、微创经皮椎体成形术组,收集患者信息和治疗后的相关数据,统计分析治疗前后相互之间的差异性。结果各治疗组患者年龄、骨密度值无统计学差异;微创治疗组治疗后的疼痛评分、下床活动时间有显著的统计学差异(<0.01);保守治疗组和微创治疗组伤椎再压缩率无统计学差异(=0.05);两组比较相邻椎体压缩率无明显统计学差异(>0.05)。结论对骨质疏松性压缩骨折的治疗,首推微创椎体成形术,效果显著且不会增加伤椎再压缩率和相邻椎体压缩率。 Objective To analyze retrospectively three treatments for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, to recommend the ideal one. Methods 1748 cases were grouped into conservative group, micro-invasive percutaneous vertebroplasty group. To collect the information of them and analyze the variability between them. Results There were no statistical differences for age and bone density in all three groups( >0.05). There were significant statistical differences for VAS and time of off-bed in micro-invasive percutaneous vertebroplasty group VS conservative group( <0.01). There was no statistical difference for recompression between conservative group and micro-invasive percutaneous vertebroplasty group( =0.05). There were no differences for compression of adjacent vertebra in two groups( >0.05). Conclusion The treatment of micro-invasive percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures should be recommended firstly. There is perfect result and no more recompression of previous vertebral compression fracture and compression of adjacent vertebra be founded.
