臭氧治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 肱骨外上髁炎(网球肘),是肱骨外上髁部伸肌总腱起始处的慢性肌筋膜炎,是一种以肘部外侧疼痛为主的多发病,本病疼痛局限于前臂上端外侧,且主要在肱骨外上髁部位,在前臂提物及做旋转等动作时疼痛尤重,外上髁局部触压痛也较明显[1]。而早已有研究证明医用臭氧(medical ozone,O3)具有消炎、止痛和溶解髓核内的蛋白多糖等作用[2]。因此本研究试采用臭氧对肱骨外上髁炎患者进行探索治疗,观察医用臭氧治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。
