摘要
目的建立外科植入物用超高分子量聚乙烯中杂质元素铝(Al)含量的检测方法。方法采用干灰化法前期处理样品,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定铝元素。结果铝元素标准曲线的R值0.9999,回收率为98.62%~99.93%,6次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD%)为1.6%。结论所建立的方法精密度高、准确性好、干扰较少、快速简单,可用于超高分子量聚乙烯中铝元素的含量测定。
Objective To develop a method for determination of Al element in ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene for surgeryimplants. Methods Al element was determined by dry ashing method and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS). Results The interrelation coefficient of calibration standards for Al element was 0.9999, the recoveries of the addition standards were between 98.62% and 99.93%, the relative standard deviation(RSD1.6%) of6 repeat determinations was 1.6%. Conclusion The results showed that this method was high precision and accurate, little disturbance, rapid determination, simple operation, It can be used for determination of Al elements in ultra high molecular weight polyethylene.
