摘要
目的探讨经改良Stoppa手术入路治疗不同类型髋臼骨折与手术策略。方法对我院2000年~2012年经改良Stoppa手术入路治疗的20例髋臼骨折病例在手术创伤和术后功能恢复方面进行回顾综合分析。结果骨折复位程度按Matta标准评价:解剖复位15例,满意复位5例。随访6~36个月,疗效评价按照骨科临床疗效评价标准:优11例,良6例,可2例,差1例,优良率85%。结论选择改良Stoppa手术入路简便、高效、创伤小,是提高髋臼骨折疗效、恢复骨盆功能的较好手术途径。
Objective To explore the modified Stoppa surgical approach to treat different types of acetabulum fracture operation strategy. Methods From 2000 to 2012, 20 cases of modified Stoppa acetabulum fractures surgical approach and treatment of comprehensive analysis to review. Results Accord The reduction degree according to Matta standard evaluation of fracture: anatomical repositioning, 15 cases with reset in 5 cases. Were followed up for 6 to 36 months,curative effect evaluation in orthopaedic clinical curative effect evaluation standard: 11 cases were excellent, 6 cases were good,2 cases were bad, 1 case was lose, excellent and good rate was 85%. Conclusion The modified Stoppa choose surgical approach is simple, high efficiency, small trauma, better is to improve the curative effect of acetabulum fracture surgery method.
