镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗掌跖骨干骨折的临床观察

The clinical observation of Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator for treatment of metacarpal and metatarsal shaft fractures

目的探讨镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗掌跖骨干骨折的疗效和方法。方法回顾性分析65例掌跖骨干骨折,采用镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗,评定疗效。结果 65例患者获得8~15个月,平均(10.5±1.6)个月随访,骨折全部愈合,无骨折畸形愈合、不愈合、延迟愈合、感染等并发症。结论采用镍钛记忆合金环抱器治疗掌跖骨干骨折,是一种简单易行、固定可靠、疗效优良的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinic effect of application with Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator in treating metacarpal and metatarsal shaft fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis of 65 cases of metacarpal and metatarsal shaft fracture, using Ni-Ti shape memory alloy embracing fixator, and followed up, to assess efficacy. Results 65 patients received 8 to 15 months(an average of 10.5±1.6 months) follow-up. fractures all healed, no fracture malunion and non Union, delayed healing, infections and other complications. Conclusion Ti-Ni shape memory alloy embracing fixator for treatment of metacarpal and metatarsal shaft fracture is a simple, reliable fixation methods with excellent clinic efficacy.
