内踝上皮支皮瓣修复小腿下段及足踝部组织缺损的临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨内踝上皮支皮瓣修复小腿下段以及足踝部组织缺损的有效性。方法选取2006年1月~2011年1月我院收治的15小腿下段以及足踝部组织缺损患者,男12例,女3例,年龄10~46岁,平均(32.8±6.7)岁。其中逆行转位修复小腿下段皮肤缺损7例,足跟部软组织缺损3例,远位带蒂转移修复对侧下肢组织缺损5例。结果本组病例均获随访,随访时间为8个月~4年,随访成功率为100%,本组病例均Ⅰ期愈合。所有患者受移植区域外形修复效果较好,组织质地较为柔软,感觉与功能部分恢复,未见严重不良反应。结论内踝上皮支皮瓣能有效修复小腿下段与足踝部的组织缺损。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of malleolus epithelial flap repair on medial melleolus lower leg and ankle tissue defects. Methods From Jan 2006 to Jan 2011,15 cases from 40 to 46 years of age with lower leg and ankle tissue defects in our hospital were chosen, 12 cases and 3 females, with a mean age of 48.5 years. 7 cases were retrograded to repair the lower leg skin defects, 3 cases were heel soft tissue defects, 5 cases were retrograded to repair the pedicle distal lower limb tissue defects. Results All cases were followed up, the follow-up time were from 8 months for 4 years,the follow-up success rate was 100%, all patients wereⅠ healing. The shape repair of transplant area in all patients were great, the organization texture was soft, the sensory and function were partial recovery, and had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Malleolus epithelial flap repair could repair on medial malleolus lower leg and ankle tissue defects effectively.
