摘要
为了研究植物根系对土壤重金属吸收的动态情况,并进一步评估土壤中的重金属浓度,运用DGT扩散膜和电化学工作站结合的方式,对10、100μg·L^(-1)的Cd^(2+)溶液进行模拟植物根系吸收重金属试验。当土壤中重金属Cd^(2+)浓度大于等于100μg·L^(-1)时,选择差分脉冲伏安法监测动态扩散;当浓度小于100μg·L^-时,选择线性扫描伏安法监测动态扩散。结果表明,这种方式不仅能真实地模拟植物根系的动态吸收情况,而且实验所得结果真实可靠,相比先取溶液再测定的方法具有实时监测、灵敏度高、误差小等优势。
In order to develop the dynamic of the plant root system absorption of heavy metals and make the further evaluation in the soil, using the method of the combination of electrochemical workstation and DGT diffusion membranes do experiment on the Cd^(2+) concentration of 10、100μg· L^(-1). According to the different concentration of Cd^(2+) in soil, through the analysis it concluded that the differential pulse voltammetry is suitable for the concentration of Cd^(2+) exceeded 100μg· L^(-1), the linear sweep voltammetry is suitable for the concentration of Cd^(2+) under 100μg· L^(-1). The experiment result is accurately, compared to other methods for applying the solution first, then monitoring, the main advantage of this method is real-time monitoring, high sensitivity and small errors.
