金叶女贞黑斑病菌分生孢子萌发条件及形态观察

摘要 金叶女贞叶斑病造成植物大量落叶,是一类重要病害。本实验应用纸环法诱导叶斑病病原菌分生孢子萌发,探讨碳源、氮源、基质酸碱度等生态条件对分生孢子萌发的影响。结果表明,供试的4种碳源中蔗糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖均能促进分生孢子萌发,蔗糖效果相对较明显,而可溶性淀粉可抑制分生孢子萌发;供试的4种氮源中牛肉膏、蛋白胨、硝酸铵均能促进分生孢子萌发,其中2种有机氮源效果更明显,而硫酸铵可抑制分生孢子萌发。p H值在3~11范围内该病原菌分生孢子均可萌发,最适p H为7,分生孢子在中性及偏微碱性环境中萌发率较高。 Ligustrum leaf spot caused by a large number of plant leaves, are an important class of diseases. In this study, paper ring leaf spot pathogen spore germination was induced to explore carbon, nitrogen, matrix p H and other ecological conditions on spore germination. The results showed that the tested four carbon sources, sucrose, glucose, maltose could promote spore germination, sucrose effect was relatively obvious, while soluble starch inhibit spore germination; four nitrogen sources tested beef extract peptone, ammonium nitrate could promote spore germination, two of which organic nitrogen was more effective, and ammonium sulfate inhibits spore germination.p H value in the range of 3 ~ 11 the pathogen spores could germinate the optimum p H of 7, conidia in neutral and slightly alkaline environment of high germination rate.
