摘要
通过对佛山市三水区近十年来细菌性食物中毒的病原学进行鉴定,结合案例的实际情况,分析食物中毒应急处理中流行病学调查、样品采集及检验结果的相互作用,以提高细菌性食物中毒的致病菌检出和实验室诊断。结合GB/T14938-1994和GB/T4789-2010国标法,正确甄选的可疑食物、病人检材与致病菌有一定的相关性。由此表明,全面的流行病学调查,合理的样品采集,恰当的检验方法,都有助于提高细菌性食物中毒的病原学鉴定效率。
To improve the detection of pathogen of bacterial food poisoning and laboratory diagnosis, we combined with the actual situation in the case of poisoning, epidemiological investigations,sample collection and laboratory test results over the past decade in sanshui. With GB/T14938-1994 and GB/T4789-2010 national standard method, the correct selection of the suspicious food, patient samples has certain correlation with pathogens, which showed that the epidemiological investigations,sample collection and laboratory test resluts were conducive to improve the identification of pathogen of bacterial food poisoning
