摘要
本文对CARP-1生物功能和表达模式进行了研究,结果表明,作为一个关键的细胞内复合物,传感激活细胞的增殖或凋亡信号通路,在经典Wnt通路中,CARP-1与β-catenin功能共激活,协助β-catenin在Wnt目标基因作用中的转录激活,涉及到一些蛋白信号的扩散和转移;参与caspase泛素化蛋白酶途径,与APC/C复合,在CFM-4的阻碍作用下,阻滞G2/M细胞周期;与P53、P160复合,刺激靶细胞激素代谢,调控细胞周期,通过增强CDK1和P21的水平来调节细胞凋亡。
In the study, we explored the biological function and expression patterns of CARP-1.As a result, to be an important activates in the cells, CCAR-1 sends the activation cell proliferation or apoptosis signaling pathways. CARP-1 and β-catenin were activated which assist it transcriptional activation to the target genes in Wnt parthway. It Involves some protein signals proliferation and metastasis. CARP-1 combin with APC-2, a subunit of APC/C, repress cells to enter in G2/M, phase under condition of the activation of CFM-4.It activates with P53 and P160, stimulate hormone metabolism, Regulates the cell cycle, by enhancing CDK1 and P21 level to regulate apoptosis.
