摘要
对于辣木叶中铅的测定方法进行研究,对使用灰化法(A)和微波消解法(B)对样品进行前处理,使用火焰法(C)和石墨炉法(D)等影响因素进行分析。结果表明,使用灰化法前处理方法,石墨炉法测定时,重现性好,加标回收率好,检验结果准确可靠。
The use of ashing method(A) and microwave digestion method(B) for sample pretreatment, and using a flame method(C) and graphite furnace(D) was measured for the determination of plumbum in leaves of Moringa oleifera. The results showed that using ashing pretreatment method and graphite furnace determination, the reproducibility was good, the recovery rate was good, and the test results were accurate and reliable.
